The time has come. After a long old winter, Noboribetsu invites hot exciting nights."Oni-hanabi" (Ogre's firework) at Hell Valley has begun.

This year is very special. Because our lovely Yama-chan debuts his "oni" performance on Friday, 4 June.
You wouldn't believe how much he has trained to be a professional "Oni".

Many audience instantly fell in love with him, and I don't blame them. Coz' he looked soooo hot!

After the performance, I was almost stunned to see how popular Yama-chan with "Oni" suit on was!!

Everyone was fighting with each other just trying to get Yama-chan in their photos!!

I was accompanied with my dear mate, Izu-chan. We both eyewitnessed the real of Yama-chan that night.

He was truly cool looking dude and was surrounded by all those pretty girls. He could be a man of the dream, if you know what I mean...he he he

unidentified trace in the sky

It was on early March when I took the photo and I still cannot shake off the image I saw that day from my mind. That day I left work earlier than usual and after I made a turn to "Noboribetsu Ohashi" for a wider view, I saw the line falling down from the sky which extremely scared me. It looked like airplane track but if so the speed was quite fast and it was falling!! My heart started beating hard and I drove quite fast trying to catch up with the trace.

However it was too fast for me!!

It was surely the track something was shooting down, but what on earth was that???

I lost it when I got off the car, it was hidden in the crowd. Nothing was mentioned on the news nor anybody mentioned...hmmm.....can anybody please explain?

Winter Blue Sky

Noboribetsu has got more snow than usual this winter.

We have to drive like a gramma now

but get to enjoy the beauty of nature better with a slow drive.

With my favorite music playing, I just forget everything and
indulge in the luxurious private space in my car.
Ooops! Better concentrate on driving with extra care :P

As the sign warns, yes, the road is slippery

I shall aim harder for better. One of my resolution for 2010 is to shave off some flabby flabs and to look younger!!!

Did I hear "tell me something new"?

Anyway, this year will be the better one for me for sure.
